Mr. Celestin brings 34 years of financial management, accounting, operational and turnaround experience to Vitasome Labs, Inc. Over the last decade, Mr. Celestin has worked in investment banking, having raised over $140M for some 40 small to mid-size privately held businesses. During this time, he has also provided fractional advisory, turn-around and CFO services to select clients, and played the lead role negotiation the sale of an over-the-counter skin-care company for $60M. Other experience includes executive positions for a variety of companies including VP Professional Services in ERP Software, CFO and Logistics Provider, CFO-National Distributor Managing Director-Business Process Outsourcing, CFO-Human Resources Management for a Consulting Firm and CPA of Big 5 Accounting. Mr. Celestin received his BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from San Diego State University in 1984.
